Week 2!

Here's my post-thanksgiving post....

I'll cut to the chase and say that I ended up losing 2 lbs this week!! Better than I thought since I KNOW I cheated a bit, but on the low side if I want to get my 50 asap. I really think it has something to do with so many days outside of my normal routine and not drinking water like usual! Next week, shooting for 5! The plan is to hit the treadmill...

PS - Any insight on how to avoid this over Christmas too???

  1. You're a brave girl to start such an amazing trek right before the holiday season! It's going to be tough...but I think my suggestion would be to not completely deny yourself some holiday cheer. Just be careful...and pump up your exercise routine a little when you've "splurged" on a goodie or two :) It will be ok. You're doing so great already!! Just so you know, you have support in your corner. Feel free to call or text if you need to be talked down from the egg nog fog, or christmas cookie cravings! :) YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!
